Services For Adults

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):

This program offers an alternative to traditional residential rehab. The 12 Step philosophy is integrated with group process and didactic presentations and after successful completion, is followed by an Aftercare Program. Family sessions are also utilized during treatment. The program meets three evenings per week and random urine screens are required.

Adult Extended Evaluations:

In order to make an appropriate diagnosis, we recommend that an individual attend the Adult IOP for a period of six weeks. Random urine screens are required. If the patient is able to remain abstinent, he or she completes treatment. If abstinence is not evidenced, a more intensive treatment recommendation is made. Often, the individual remains abstinent and wishes to complete the full IOP toward a goal of internalizing a sober lifestyle and gaining continued support.

Other Services

Aftercare Programs:

Both Adolescent and Adult IOPs have a one-day a week Aftercare component.

Post Residential Treatment:

Those seeking follow-up services will be assessed and placed at the appropriate level of care.

Individual Counseling is available.

Individual Extended Evaluation:

The patient is seen in individual therapy for a period of four to eight weeks. Random urine screens are required.

Family Therapy is available.

Urine screening is not offered in and of itself, as we believe urine screens alone are not an effective assessment tool. However, these services are provided to alumni and to professionals in the field for their patients upon the Director’s approval.
